Hello! I have some problems here. My computer is Intel P4 2.5Ghz machine. I am using Windows XP SP1 OS. The problem is next. When I want to use printer I get a message that river is not good. I think that is some error or what else. Does anybody can tell me what is good to do? Thanks for your opinion.

Hi! So, you have a problem with printer driver. I don’t know how to help you but I will try. Maybe I can suggest you something. Try to uninstall that driver. Then reinstall it. But you can download newest version from the Internet. I think that is the best idea. You can download driver from the printer trademark official site.
