| Hello! I am using AMD Athlon processor. I am afraid of overheating, because my friend has overheated problems and his processor burned. He, also, had an AMD. I want to know what normal temperatures for AMD processors are. I mean, what would be critical temperature for my processor and other AMD processors. |

| Hello! Critical temperature for AMD Athlon processors is temperature over 70 C degrees, but that depends of model. To be precisely, for most AMD processors, critical temperature is above mentioned one. But, for some series of processor critical temperature is 85 C degrees, for other is 90 C degrees, etc. I hope that this answer is appropriate for you. |
